I love the idea, but I think it's too hard. Checkpoints would be nice after a certain point but there are too many places to die to be able to finish the whole thing. Maybe a progress bar to tell you how far you've gotten to keep you motivated. The changing colors is distracting and only adds to the difficulty. A medal worth 100 points after beating the game would be a nice trophy to walk away with. There's no real reason for me to stay and punish myself with this game
I loved the art and animation of everything. I was honestly expecting a great game (wasn't disappointed) and was amazed at how invested you guys were in selling the joke. Even the "Note" at the bottom, the health/hunger/thirst bar, the 3 different buttons, the medals, etc. all contributed towards making it feel like a real game. Great job guys, I hope you go back and make it a real game.
MEDAL SPOILERS!
1. Just grab the backpack
2. Run to Rue and interact with her
3. Hide behind the tree to the top left
4. Run to Peeta and interact with him
5. Just keep dying
The graphics were decent on the pig, and just average on everything else. The game is nearly impossible to play because for some reason you decided that zooming foods wasn't hard enough so you made the pic bob up and down the length of the screen making it almost useless to try and control him.
i didn't like how the bullets seemed to disapear randomly against enemies, many times i found myself under a rocket or a brick trying to shoot it only only to have my bullets vanishing repeatedly and then die.
*TIP*
If you die at any level, quickly click to get into another game, you can grab the coins from the last game and if you were at a high level they might give you a 1000 coin head start or more
I loved playing this game. It's fun making your "perfect" team and watching it fight against the other teams. I didn't like how after a while there was a skill ceiling for my characters and no matter what i did they wouldn't get more skill points. I later found out the hidden players are the way to go and got a team of them and quickly beat the game. all in all it was a fun short game
I loved the game and it was a great improvment from the first in all regards except that it was shorter. I loved using the girl and going into all the previous rooms to see if i could reach anything different with her. I think it's scary that the character is a robot and his sister still appears to be human.
I didn't like how you can beat the game without all the upgrades. i didn't need the girls air tank to beat that 3rd last room which i felt I cheated the room. and it's not the only room i did that in.
It's a fun game a lot better than the first one, i just wish there was more to do. I beat the game in about an hour and was done. The harder difficulty seems to give the computer more starting powers but it's not any smarter. There's also a ton of unbeatable strategies and powerful combos that can quickly end the game. It sucks that picking a certain class only gives you a small change in your deck. I found myself resorting to the same undying phoenix combo every match. the cards were all nice though, and i especially enjoyed the League of heroes. If this game was polished up a bit more, i'd definitely buy it
It starts off boring but picks up near the end when it's more challenging. Playing level one over and over was an easy way to get gems. The main cloud attack upgrade doesn't seem to get any better with upgrades, so use your gems on the owl first. Picking up the girl is suicide in most cases, you can't jump, and can't exactly hide anywhere. In later levels it's good to stall for time while you let your thunder attack charge. She makes a good shield the rest of the time. Ok game but it could have been better
The story was amazing, i found myself on the edge of my seat frantically looking for the next cloud to read the next part of the story. An explanation of the 3 items would have been nice, and i should have read the medals before i started playing, i beat the game and only got 10 points. At one point i got lost and searched everywhere for the door. I think a compass to point you to the next point would have been a nice touch. Decent game
I didn't like how the penguins get stuck walking into blocks, killing the enemy they're walking towards with a bomb seems to be the only solution but this only works in the early levels when the penguins are going slow. The story was kinda lacking and the ending was really disappointing, after the last level the credits just roll. It felt morel like a game of collect the orbs. i found myself in a loop of start, collect orbs, buy upgrades, start, collect orbs, etc it got really boring after a while. medals would have helped it
